Quo Vadis

Yesterday was the day of the budget vote by the President. I have not heard him speak of the budget set for the new departments their roles in service delivery. Instead he reiterated his popular sentiments of public servants accountability roles no substance to the effect.

Secondly who will be monitoring and as*sess his role, when he himself has the right and audacity to monitor others?

I would like our COPE Parliamentary Caucus to commission a research in which parallels will be drawn and contrast made between the Presidency as it evolved after Mandela and how the current Cabinet addressed or failed to address, the recommendations of the Presidential Commission of February 2*7 1*9*9*8.

This, in light of what I think will be a recurring problem of proliferation of systems.

If this research confirms our fears, we must then make the necessary recommendations to the nation.

It is common knowledge that this Cabinet will take six months or more to be able to clearly delineate the role of each department from the other in the context of powers and functions, exclusive or otherwise.

What also suprises me is how Economic Development and Industry will work together.

65.9% really overwhelmed Mr President, can't even face the reality of attending to his In-tray instead continues with the joy ride, @ our expense of course.

Cabinet extended as a small gesture of appreciation to all those who supported the Man during his trying times, of course @ our expense. Service delivery is at gras root level, instead Mr Prez et al choose to add more bureaucracy, new political agenda (die hard communists VS nationalists) developing new policies, trial error for the next 15 yrs & back again preaching the same excuse “together we can do more”, hopefully to a different blinkered population and ignorant youth.

yhaa neh "My ANC, My Vision", guess time will tell!!!

"Attention shoppers, please note that Mr Zuma is here." This message was relayed on the intercom at Maponya Mall in Soweto yesterday as Jacob Zuma set out to make good on his promise to be a president of the people.

Zuma had begun his tour at Grace Bible Church in Pimville to thank congregants for "praying for the ANC's victory" in the elections. Flanked by Gauteng Premier Nomvula Mokonyane, ANC provincial chairman Paul Mashatile and Joburg mayor Amos Masondo, Zuma promised to set up a presidential toll-free hotline so that people can be sure of accountability from his office.

Shakes

Dont worry the present SACP is not a threat even to big business and you ask yourself the question why. Is it a real SACP that is what you need to find out. The Rand is stronger than before with the SACP at the helm what does that tell you?

CONTINUE: WHAT DOES SACP WITH ITS ALLIES WANT TO DO WITH OUR COUNTRY?

Dear patriots, Comrades, Friends and Beloved people of Mzantsi.

UNISA vs SACP.
Now after SACP offset NPA during the trials of the now SA president, many municipalities and some government para-statals, they now targeted Prof: Barney Pityana [VC of UNISA, mma Phumzile Mlambo Ngcuka [Pretoria University Chancellor].
They are using various youth structures of their alliance, they are even prepared to use the non academic structures. That is what the ANCYL president started with TUT at the beginning of this year, that is what Buti Manamela echoed with UNISA. Now YCL with SASCO national joined the plan in action. However the challenge they have is that in all these institutions of learning there are no student activist/revolutionary like them since no student is willing to risk and delay his/her future for the unknown SACP objectives with the many independent individuals who are no longer students.

This makes to ask this question why YCL and SASCO national seem to be the ones who are upset by Prof,Barney Pityana as UNISA VC? Is because he has independent view/ amongst those who can see the SACP dirty plans about our country/is it because of his identity with COPE/is he the ones who has got the international appeal voice which can awaken the entire continent or the world about the resurrection of SACP killer plans. On the matter of UNISA why is not students at UNISA who seem to play a major role on their challenges with their VC if they have any challenges? Is it one of the SACP plans to offset and disrupt the academic progress in UNISA as they did with the ANC and as they also tried with our nation but unfortunately lost the battle. Many people wonder why YCL and SASCO called off their picketing against Prof B Pityana which was suppose to be on 20/05/09.Its because they have no student constituents and above all their timing of the strike in UNISA proved to be planned by the non academic since those who are students are aware that this period is the exam time. Where no future concerned young person would like to temper with.

Therefore to all of you patrits, friends my people of our beloved nation I need anyone who has answers for the above to answer me and a person who can see and think see and think about these things. I for one I say Communism has got no place in South Africa.

WHAT DOES SACP WITH ITS ALLIES WANT TO DO WITH OUR COUNTRY?

Dear patriots, Comrades, Friends and Beloved people of Mzantsi.

I am writing this because I have a lot of unanswered questions in my mind about plans and conduct of the communist. In Eastern Cape they wanted the Premiership position and when they lost the race they want the ANC chairpersonship during the Provincial congress something they are still working on it as the Provincial congress is yet to come. In Limpopo they are completely dominating the entire provincial cabinet. In Cape Town they wanted to be given the deciding powers as to who must be the caretaking Premier after Cde Rasool was recalled. We have heard that in every province and in every region they are taking control of all the ANC led areas, claiming all of that to be in the interest of the Tri-partite Alliance but I doubt that. It is the case also with the YCL and ANCYL in EC but it is said that ANC spinners are already alert of the SACP plans.

There were some strong rumors during the election campaigns that the secretary general of the SACP wants to be the Deputy President of the country a battle he seem to have lost only during the last minutes. Due to a strong stance that many ANC stalwarts and veterans took in trying to put an end to the SACP deceitful strategy to take over ANC.

A stance that seem to have worked as it appeared that many within the ANC supported. It is the reason why we saw all SACP preferred candidates to take higher positions in government were then misplaced. EC Premiership candidate-MEC for Health, Buti Manamela ordinary MP, Blade Nzdimande Minister of higher Education etc. However still its not clear why have they accepted the average low level positions, may be they have been tricked by the revolutionary skilled spinners within the ANC. However time will tell as many believe that SACP general secretary is not so ignorant.

To me and some it has been licked that whilst there was a war room in Luthuli house to deal with COPE [The Congress of the People] also there was another secret room somewhere to deal with SACP and COSATU. However COSATU general secretary proved little beat clever as he refused to go to Parliament. It seems as if those who thought that were to use the ANC presidential candidate to achieve their plans seem to be the ones who are used. But we still do not know. What one can tell is that there is a very serious mind game between ANC and SACP if till when, no one knows.
